Now today will be something of a test and I want you all to record the results in your workbooks, so you can keep track of your progress.

So class fist of all I want you all to get down on the floor and get into the plank position, as if you were going to do a push up but with your fore arms flat on the floor with your elbows at a right angle. Hold this position as long as you can, record how long you held it for wait 30 seconds and do the same again. Do this 3 times in total and record all of your times. How much do they change by from the first attempt to the third?

Did you manage to hold the position for even 30 seconds or was that too much for your weak and feeble body to manage. Or do you already have a strong core and lasted much longer, if so good girl you have been looking after your body well.
