Now we will do some gentle stretching exercises. keeping your feet at shoulder width apart bend forward at the waist. Remember to keep your back straight and stretch down towards the floor as far as you safely can. Hold for 30 seconds.

Next from that position start to stretch your legs out to your side still keeping them in line. use your hands on the floor to help steady yourself so you don't accidentally go to far down, again go as deep as you can and hold for 30 seconds then return to your feet.

Repeat this 3 times with a 30 rest between each set.
