Now girls first of all make sure you have enough space to be able to move around you do not need a lot of space, but if space is really limited be careful not to hurt yourself. Start with 1 minute of gentle jogging on the spot and don't forget to move your arms. Be gentle with the movements try to be as fluid and feminine as possible throughout. Don't push too hard yet we are just warming up and are just trying to get the blood flowing to your whole body an not just your wanton clitties.

Good, good now gently swing your arms in as large circles as you can from the front of your body to the back for 30 seconds then 30 seconds the other way.

now with feet shoulder width apart keep your feet still, arms held out at shoulder height elbows bent so the hands are coming back in towards your underdeveloped breasts. Now keeping your lower body still twist your body at the waist from left to right, you should not lean or tilt side to side your upper body should still be inline with your lower body. You should just twist from left to right at the waist a if turning. Do this for 30 seconds.
