Earlier today we looked a BMI and looked for our target BMI. This is your main goal to be achieved and maintained by your workout plan. You can and should set any other goals along side this main goal. For example it might be wise for you to include goals such as shaping and toning your butt, becoming more flexible and supple, improve energy levels, mood etc.

First of all I want you to thinks long and hard about what you want to achieve. Then set out your goals, be a specific as possible, set times scales that you feel are realistic. Don't forget to include how you will monitor progress.

The next part I will give as homework for you to do later. This will need to be completed within 1 week of you doing this lesson and I do expect you to submit your work to me for approval.

You will need to research different workout plans, gyms, training programmes etc. You will use this information to set up a routine to achieve your goals. You should keep notes of your research in your workbook as well as writing up your final routine once you are happy with this. I will say you should at a minimum be working out 3 times a week and ensuring you also get 30 mins gentle exercise each day. That might just be walking the dog, walking to the gym, school, local shops etc.
