Now I want you to do 1 minute 30 of jumping jacks. After every 30 seconds decrease your intensity and do not start out at full intensity this is a cool down to get blood back round your whole body to allow your poor sore muscles to recover faster.
After that repeat the stretches from the start, well done if you did not need to look back through this to remember what you had done. Once done write your feelings on the workout in your workbook for example was it easier or harder than you thought, did you enjoy it or endure it?
This will be important going forward as you need to find forms of exercise you enjoy. This will make it much easier to stick to your plan and achieve your goals. What plan you might be asking as well as what happened to that talk of a reward?
