As said in the advertisement, your stay will be for 12 months. Once you sign the contract, then there is no legal way to back out. You will be ours.
Also, you will have no expenditures, you will not leave this house, and you will have no contact with the outside world. Your payment, though substantial, will vary depending on our final grade.
So, do we have a deal? Or should you leave right now so you dont waste anymore time.
