Get a camera.

Set it on to timer.

Now place the camera where it can take a photo of you.

Now strike a pose. Simple or daring. Its up to you.

Practise your pose.

Press the shutter button and pose again. The camera will take your photo.

Look at the photo.

Now delete it.

Its gone.

How did that feel? Pretty boring? Normal? Exciting? However it felt - it's your secret.
