Good. You will be placing a phone call within the next few minutes. You will pick a recipient for this phone call. The only stipulation I will make is it needs to be a person who is very close to you (friend, spouse, brother, etc…). I really could care less who it is, as long as your secret is indeed a secret that you keep from this person. Don’t get all defensive, I’m not going to order you to out yourself. If you feel so inclined, do so with my blessing. Your task has nothing to do with the topic of conversation. I don’t care if you talk about the game last night, or the weather. You will do your best to talk to this person for at least 5 minutes.

Here it is… The entire conversation will be had on your feet. You will be walking the runway you just spent the past few minutes practicing. While you talk to this person there will be a distinct and constant clip-clop sound in the background. If they ask about the noise, you don’t have to tell the truth. You just need to continue pacing. If they do not ask about it by minute 4, you will say “do you hear that noise? Is that on your end?” Put that clit away for now sunshine. Once your call is finished, hang up and continue to page 21.
