Once you have everything, you will find a sales associate. You will walk up to her and take note of her name tag. You will address her by name for the entire interaction. It's a good thing you practiced your debate skills today. It will make the ensuing conversation feel more abrasive and personal for her. You exchanges will leave her feeling increasingly more and more uncomfortable. You will address her “Hello (name), I need to try these on.” Then you will ask where the fitting rooms are. She will likely tell you that men are not allowed in the women’s changing area. Do what you must to try and gain entry. If you are completely shot down, say “I understand (name), but may I try them on in the men’s department?”
You will not take no for an answer! You must debate with this person until she gives you her blessing. She may get a manager involved. Try anything. “I need to purchase these items. I am new to this and I need to make sure they fit.” Say what you must, but you will try on EVERYTHING you pick out. I want you to put up a convincing argument! Make a scene if you must. It might be extremely difficult. I mean, you will be perceived as a creepy man who obviously likes to wear dresses. Who knows, you may luck out and get a new girl. She may not know that you’re not allowed. Once you’ve successfully tried them on, you will return to the sales associate. You will say “Thank you (name) for all your help. They fit perfectly. I can’t wait to get all dressed up. Have a nice day!” Once you have shown her your gratitude and excitement, you may pay and leave.
