Learn to keep stroking

I'm going to undress my top for you slowly now, but you have to keep stroking the whole time. And you have to give me some good stroking. What is good stroking? Well one stroke per second slave, don't you remember? That's what i call a good stroking speed.
I want you to stroke faster slowly, never increase the speed from one moment to the other, always take your time. When you reached a good stroking speed i want you to count down from 60. Whenever you feel this is going to be to much for you, stop counting, slow down, and cool down at standby speed.
And when you feel ready again, start stroking faster, when you reached my desired speed you may start counting down again from the number to stopped last time. Do you understand how this works? You have to show me 60 seconds of a nice good stroking action, but you may slow down in between.
