okay today is another 10 edges
BUT
this time things are MUCH tougher

the hold for the first edge is 5 sec
and then next 10 sec and then 15 sec
so
Edges hold times
1 5sec
2 10 sec
3 15 sec
4 20 sec
5 25sec
until edge ten
with a hold of 50 seconds!!
now just like last time you can Rest as LONG as you want between edges and holds
the minimum of 1 minute (60sec) still exists
so
you when you finish a hold you must wait the full 60 seconds before you can even touche to start stroking again
this is to HELP you NOT cum
if you think you are in danger take LONG breaks!!
you can rest a full hour if you wish!
