First, to do this tease, you will need a few supplies:
- A set of handcuffs with a key. They don't have to be super-secure, police-grade handcuffs. They just need to be secure enough so that when you are cuffed behind your back, you cannot escape them without the key.
- A belt with some sort of open buckle, so that you can tie a rope directly to the buckle.

- Two very thin, strong strings, each about three meters (or 9 feet) long. Dental floss or fishing wire could work. These strings will not be tied to your body directly, so you don't have to worry about cutting yourself or cutting off your blood circulation. Also, be aware that this string probably will not be of much use after you are done with this tease.
- Clothespins. Men will need 40, and women will need 46. You may substitute other types of clamps if you wish, so long as you do NOT use cloverleaf clamps or anything else which tightens as it is pulled on. That would become a serious safety concern in this tease, potentially keeping you from escaping the self-bondage when the tease is complete. Also, be sure the clothespins are made of treated wood or plastic. There must be absolutely NO possibility of these clothespins causing splinters if they are pulled off of something...
- At least 15 minutes worth of porn, which you should queue up now in other tabs or windows.
