Second Ten Minutes
Continuing with the theme of "let's get him really worn our right at the start", I'll make you do cockbounces now. The hard way, mind you.
Go to the Tabata Timer: http://www.beach-fitness.com/tabata/.
Set the voice to female and then set the following: Rounds: 30, Seconds on: 13, Seconds off: 7. Note that the total workout will take exactly Ten Minutes.
In rounds 1 to 10 you will do 15 cockbounces.
In rounds 11 to 20 you will do 13 cockbounces.
In rounds 21 to 30 you will do 10 cockbounces.
You will stretch them hard. You will weep.
You may not stroke in rounds, but in the 7 seconds off you will stroke as fast as you can every single time. If you manage to edge, five of your failed rounds are erased (see below). Unfortunately, this only counts for the first edge in these Ten Minutes.

The question is, how many cycles (rounds) you failed in.
0 rounds: 10 points
1 round: 5 points
2 rounds: 3 points
3 rounds: 2 point
4 rounds: 1 point
5-8 rounds: 1 penalty edge
9-10 rounds: 2 penalty edges
11-15 rounds: 5 penalty edges
15+ rounds: You failed. Stop this tease and don't come for the next 24 hours.
Oh and yes, that means if you don't do well you don't get points AND have to do "penalty edges"! Those are edges which are followed directly by 25 cockbounces in 30 seconds. So you really shouldn't fail here, it's just a no-brainer.
