I am no believer in starting slowly. Getting you to edge a whole lot right at the beginning shows I mean business and also makes the following tasks nice and difficult. So:

1 cycle: stroke (160) until you edge, pause (15). Repeat.

2 points per cycle

Since this is your first Ten Minutes, here are some reminders: If you ever break the cycle (for example by not stroking when you should), count how many successfull cycles you did in a row and write down your points. The stage ends then, even if the Ten Minutes aren't up and you proceed to the next stage.
Stroke firmly and make the edges very close. You can watch porn as well as use lube at your discretion.
