These are the rules. Open this page in another tab so you can look up the rules at any point in the tease. Read carefully:

- There are 10 stages and a finale. Every stage except the finale is detailed on a single page and takes exactly or at least close to Ten Minutes.
- Read the instructions and when you feel you have fully understood what is expected of you, start the 10 minutes countdown and take on the challenge.
- When the timer is through, stop what you're doing instantly. If you are 1 second, 1 stroke, 1 anything away from completing a task, that's too bad. Then go on to the next stage, read instructions, start timer, repeat.
- Don't dilly dally! When you understood the intructions, start ASAP and continue to the next page immediately when a task is over. As a general rule, there may only be 2 minutes maximum between two Ten Minutes, time in which you will keep track of your points and read the next instructions. You don't really need to time this, but I want you to feel like you are in a hurry.
- If you have to do penalty edges (see below) do them as fast as you can as well.

-You can gain points in all stages and whether you are allowed to come or not at the end of the tease is decided by the points you have.
- If you come at any point before I allow it, you lose instantly. Ruin it and try again some other time.

- Note you can watch porn or use lube, whatever you need to maximize your points, unless I instruct you otherwise. Generally, what isn't forbidden is allowed in this challenge.
- You may not distract yourself with pain or turning-off thoughts or actions while stroking.

- You must stay erect for the whole challenge or you fail instantly. Stroking is generally allowed at all times, unless instructed otherwise.

Instructions:

I often use shortened instructions. The following shows how they are defined in detail, so you can't cheat your way out of what I want you to do. This is very specific!

edge - Being one stroke away from orgasm
pause (time) - Not moving for (time) seconds
stroke (time, bpm) - Stroking with a firm (!) grip for (time) seconds with 1 one full up and down stroke with every beat from the metronome set to (bpm). If no time is given, stroke until some other criteria is met (usually edging or the Ten Minutes ending)
cockbounce - Visibly bouncing your cock up by squeezing your PC muscle hard

cycle - Repeat the instructions again and again, until the Ten Minutes are up or you can't take it any more. You must not pause between or in cycles, if you do, you "break the cycle" and it's the same as quitting. Collect points for the cycles you did succesfully in a row.
cycle# - The number of the cycle you are doing at the moment.

penalty edge - A special kind of cycle: stroke (240), untily you edge. Cockbounce 25 times in the 30 seconds immediately afterwards. Repeat immediately, if you need to do multiple of these. These are meant to exhaust you as punishment for breaking the cycle too early.
