LEVEL 2:
Slip the vibrator all the way inside your pussy. The vibrator is off. Press your pelvic muscles to hold the vibrator in your pussy.
Do 15 reverse crunches. Don't lose the bottle! Do all reverse crunches very slowly. Count at every position to three.
