Sport activities:
g) Start with sport activities like nordic walking, jogging, aerobics or swimming.
At your sport activities you will wear tight sport shorts without panties, a tight sport T-Shirt and a shelf bra. (The rules and the outfit for swimming are on the next side.)
Add your distance of your sport activities. If you do other hard physical training like aerobic, you can add miles too. Always when you burn more than 500 calories/hour by doing workouts at a place (e.g. fitness club), where you are not alone, you get 7 miles. But you can only count full hours. So you can’t add two half hours of different days.
Always when you finish 50 mile by these sport activities, you can wear a skirt that is 6 inches longer than your last (maximal knee length) on your next servant day.
