If you can twist one or both of them off without cheating by helping them open a little, then you may leave them off! To avoid cheating, hold them in the middle, not at the ends where you'd normally squeeze them to open the clamp. Then give them both a gooood twist! Make them hurt, baby! If you can take it, and you want them off, then twist them until they come off. It will hurt like a bitch, but at least they'll be off! But if you'd rather leave them on, just twist them until they hurt and hold it like that for one minute.
