Revenge
As you head to meet with your wife, you again start thinking of that night. You think, "Did I make a mistake by bringing her back to my own home? I should have went to a hotel with her but then my wife might have found the receipt on my credit card". You try to reassure yourself and keep telling yourself that you did the right thing and are worrying about nothing. Your wife has not suspected anything and you are positive that nobody saw you bring that woman back to your place.
