It's very important that you don't cheat. Follow the rules I set previously. This sort of training can be used for everything in life when creating habits, so don't think I'm talking nonsense.

By now you should have completed 8 days, the initation and week 1.
In week 2 I will be giving you tasks day by day.

On the next page is day 1, so complete that right now, and then return back and finish other days as the week goes by. Don't look further ahead, you don't want to spoil potential surprises...:)
