Next: Take the left leg. Put your thumbs on the inside of the hose, your fingers on the outside.
Use your fingers to gather up the left leg carefully until your thumbs and fingers reach the toe of the pantyhose.
Now press your left foot into the pantyhose, and VERY SLOWLY AND GENTLY pull them up your left leg until your leg is covered up until the knee.
Repeat for the right leg.
