You can go to any store you want to buy them. They don't have to be expensive.
If it is your first time buying something like this, or you are just a scared little sissy,
then find some pantyhose that are sold in a run of the mill supermarket or department store.
Otherwise try to challenge yourself and find a store that is more suited to this type of product.
