No stupid, I've told you before you only stroke on your knees with your knees apart sitting back on your feet. Now take it nice and slowly, try to ration yourself to one stroke a second and don't stop until you get to 150. If you need to slow down to avoid making a mess slow down to one stroke every two seconds but add 50 to the total for each time you slow, and each stroke then only counts as a half stroke.
