this is an international site
1pm may be 3 am for someone else on milo
time zones.. are necessary!!
an alternative way is to say X hours after this post
because your post shows a time
so 4.. or 15 hours after my post...
Just examples
I am at work at 1pm
CST
and am not "free" to look at milovana until 4pm CST
which is 10 hours after I posted this note.
