An idea question

Ok, I'v had this idea for a while to make a toy to tease/torment the cock head with friction. Basically what I figured is:
1) it would be a tube that you stick your penis in
2) in the end of it would be a piece of lubricated soft silicone or realskin toy, that the head of your cock will contact with.
3) this piece will then be roatated at a slow to medium speed by some motor, causing soft (lubricated) friction on the upper part of the penis.

So I had a few questions. First is - if this toy even WORTH making at all? Will it be any good? I was hoping for a sensation similar to palming, but I really don't know...
Second is, if it's worth doing, what motor should I look for? I'm really bad at tecknical stuff, all I can figure is more or less RPM value, but what force should it have is a mystery for me.

Cobra libre is a vibrator. It's not based on friction and does not have moving parts.
Read posts more carefully, it's not the first time you rush in to post unrelated stuff.

Rotating my fleshlight with my hands feels amazing. I'd say a that way to make that movement automated is absolutely worth making.

If using a fleshlight, you could use a pvc pipe with a slightly larger diameter than the thickest part of the fleshlight to hold the FL. Something similar to this: http://www.tube8.com/amateur/fleshlight-machine/93965/
but with the motor configured to make the FL rotate rather than move like a piston could work. That isn't my video, just one I stumbled across.
