delay -> button

Is there a way to make a delay tag trigger the appearance of a button, so that when th delay reaches 0 hte button becomes available?

you can make 2 pages with the same picture and text. One will be with the delay, the other one will be with the button. Delay expires -> button appears while the page overall remains visibly the same.
