There are a lot of aproaches you can take, depending on what you expect to gain from this, but since you are both new to this, I'd say be patient, and don't be let down if the first few times don't meet your expectations.
If your GF is naturally dominant, or you are already playing with D/S, I'd say set some limits, and let her act as she wants within those.

If this is the first steps you'r both taking into the land of D/S and chastity, then I think you should both work together and start slowly. Exploring can be just as fun at the beginning. Talk to her, say what you are looking for in the experience, and give her something to work with. Do you want an agreed time in chastity, or should she decide?
