How to Make a Powerful Vibrator that lasts?

Hello all, desperate for help.

I literally seem to be going through magic/ Hitachi wands like water.

I pulled them apart & the DC Motor shaft feels loose (ie you shake the wand & there is some loose movement in the head felt & heard) & probably worn right out from the flywheel causing so much vibration to it. Plus it tends to & eventually after few months use starts running slow to the point when it gets a bit warm the RPM is very low. Maybe friction build up or just warn out motor?

Does anyone have ideas on how to make a significantly more powerful strong lasting vibrator particuly at lower RPM (I prefer the low setting IIRC its 3000rpm)

But seriously is there any motors that can take such abuse from the flywheel & remain consistent?

The wands ive brought are not made to last at all like from 4-5 years ago.

Its so expensive to keep buying new wands. Does anyone think it would be easy to replace the motor with a far better one (any suggestions?) & re soldier it?

Thanks.

I suspect you are getting "Knock Offs!"

Send them back for refund.
Change your supplier.

Yes but in my country the brand is all we have from many online stores. I cant get the Hitachi imported.

Do you or anyone else have suggestions on motor replacements?

For years now I have always wondered why they do not make one based upon the voice coil like found in a speaker. The main difference is it would use an AC signal rather than DC voltage.
