Experimented similar to you with plastic (CB6000s) and then went to variations around the Jailbird (www.maturemetal.com). Ended up having it redone several times but now definitely can do 24/7 indefinitely.

So I have a CB-6000 that I've never been able to properly put on. The rings don't seem to leave me enough room to connect without seriously pinching skin, and the penis tube in front is pretty impossible to put on my penis. Completely flaccid the body is so far back I can't seem to get the head in at all, and when it's a little bit enlarged it all seems to go to circumference first before length... I'm decent length erect, but pretty thick.. Not sure what I'm doing wrong when it comes to putting it on...

If you're getting a knockoff, you are getting what you are paying for - cheap crap.

It is 100% worth it to have a CUSTOM device made. Most of them don't cost much more anyway. Mature Metal and Steelwerks are my favorite manufacturers.
