Yeah I don't understand this whole cosmetic surgery thing. OK with bigger tits you'll earn more money as a porn actress, cause most men like huge tits.
But it's sad to see that some women overdo it and that they are turning into Frankensteins monsters...

I agree Jenna looks a mess, I didn't even recognise her.
But I do think REBECA LINARES looks sexier with her boob job. I love boobs of all shapes and sizes, from the amazing jana cova to the stunning gcupbitch.
I also agree about lela star, why did she feel the need to have her lips done when she was already perfection?

From what i gather it's more like this:
A: get the boob job
B: you need to be young to pull them off
C: universally accepted
D: It's fetish (selective) from here on
D+: begone foul monster!
As for face modifications: Didn't help Angelina, won't help anyone else (anyone healthy, that is).
