I was thinking today

Why don't we have the Rules.. code of conduct First on the chat launch window
and then have the <launch chat> box

it would look like this (just a proposal)

A) Shouldn't this go in suggestions? and as a moderator, shouldn't you know that? :P

B) I can't see this making a difference. People are going to violate code of conduct, they always have. And the link being where it is, hasn't made things any worse or better than it was with flash chat.
