Hey, I like your ideas and will try them :)
I've got a rules set for my own as well:
I play rounds as long as I am not able to finish it properly cause I am close to cumming. If I hit a cumround I remember (write it down) the randomiser number.
Once I edge and have to stop a round I have 10 lifes. It costs me a life to skip a round, either I dislike the round or it is to fast for me and have to stop. When I am out of lifes and loose another one I stop stroking and have to quit and go straight into my cage. But when I hit a cumround before my lifes are gone I have to cum the way it is told in the round. Cause I dislike some cumrounds I may exchange them with cumrounds I encountered earlier.
As to the breaks. I have breakscenes in my randomiser and set the breaks to 0 seconds. So sometimes I have to go a long time without any breaks
