Tease ideas

Hey everybody,
I am fairly new here, been lurking abit, playing abit, and am trying to put a few teases together. Was hoping some of you might be able to answer these questsions.
Is there a way to block the ability to view a tease for particular guests/members? (I am thinking about putting a list of items necessary to complete the tease ....... and was thinking once they post a pic of all the items needed, they could then be allowed to view the tease) It seems like it would be so much more fun if all the items were used, at least have the option to use them and not just blow through the tease without whatever it is they might not have.
Also can links be added into a tease, something that can just be clicked and a new window would pop up (and could we determine where that window pops up on the screen?) ....... until the Flash Editor is up and running ...... perhaps a link to a gif or avi or something like that of a particular beat or stroke or fashion in which to stroke might be a cool aspect.
Thanks for any input,
brian
