Hi everyone. This is my first time posting on these forums though I have been lurking here for a while.

I'm interested in having a go at creating a CH vid myself but have been having trouble in the music department. The genres I normally listen to aren't well suited to CH videos and so I'm a little out of my depth here. If anyone has some suggestions regarding genres/artists/tracks for me to use I'd appreciate it.

Well - most of the music used by CH-style video tease creators is house music or sexy-sounding top 40 stuff. As most of the users seem to prefer this style of music in the CH-style videos, I suggest that's where you start.

With that said, why do you think the genres you listen to aren't well-suited? I mean, unless you listen to classical music (tho, that could probably work) or some really obscure music genre (i.e. traditional Chinese opera music), pretty much any type of music has worked in the past. For that matter, i personally think you would get better results if you used music that you prefer; generally speaking, the more familiar you are with the music, the better you can plan your tracks and video tease content, IMHO.
