recomendation request

Hello friends,
I am in the lucky situation of not having been able to fap for the better part of the last week.
So now i would really like to use this motherload and arousal of mine to the fullest potential!
Can anyone recommend a really good tease, that will build me up to a really great orgasm. Maybe with one or max two days preperation and Orgasm at the last day.
