Aug 5, and 6th, and 7th

I had brief problems logging in to chat

the connecting.. ... ....

screne seems to "hang" up
I heard tht others were having the same problem

was it sunspots?

the difficulty could not be resolved with refresh.
or log in and log out
I was using Google chrome (if that helps any)
was there an update of flash or a chat client I need?
I tried IE9 and that also didn't work
time of difficulty for me is the time of this post.

Trillian has had an issue for a couple of weeks, Turtle did tell me that I needed to download the beta 5.2 version. But that didn't work, so I have given up on using chat through trillian for now.

I will leave trillian alone as it does what I want with windows and Android in other ways.
Guess its back to logging in through Milo again when a wifi hotspot lets me.

I may try one of the other apps and see if I can get in that way we will see though

How is the paid version? worth getting?

I too downloaded trillian beta but is now not working nor is chrome so am a little stuck and unable to access chat at all!

Just tried the Spark client, it's not exactly what I would call user friendly, so I think I will give that one a miss, and seeing as I don't own a mac, and trillian won't work for me either I guess that rules me out of taking part in the sites chat room. Accessing it through the site would be an option, but as I have discussed in other threads I find the interface too basic, and the lack of sound notification rules this out as a viable entry point for me.

I cant access through the site on IE or Chrome at the moment!!

I am stuck outside in the dark. Any ideas gratefully received as to how to get back in!

I would suggest keeping the problems with chat in the tech support thread since turtle and ph0x are likely subscribed to that one. Even if not that makes it a bit easier to find problems when they only have to look in one place for them.
