Now onto your post. First as Choc has already said Welcome to Milo. and he is right in saying this is kinda the wrong part of the forum for this. But it is a good part of the forum far you to be looking at.

There are usually lots of games and challenges in this section that would help you deny yourself etc. I would strongly recommend the "deck of denial thread" and you will often see dom/mes making forum games such as Little Miss Jay, and Mistress Jenifer.
