It's a warming gel, that you normally apply if you back pain or something like this. If you put it on you private parts, it gives an interesting sensation that can become quite painful depending on various factors.

i don't know where but i heard that applying icy-hot can be dangerous to your health, of coarse i am not certain but i would advice against it, i will try and look for the site i found the information on.

If you're concerned about icy hot, may I recommend mint toothpaste instead? The mint has a gentle burning sensation, and can be highly erotic.
