A month with Jana (day 3) - I messed up

I started the Month with Jana tease on Saturday and when I got to day 3 on Monday evening, I accidentally came at about 50% of the tease. I misunderstood some instructions and should have rested a few seconds between edges but instead I tried to ride the edge. I ruined it of course and tried to go on but it took a while for me to recover.
This morning (Tuesday), I did the tease again... and came again. This was accidentally as well, at the 95% point (roughly). Of course, I ruined it again.
Am I allowed to continue with day 4 tonight or do I need to be punished?
