Hi all

I was just wondering if anyone in here know about the dangers of ball rupture in CBT. I have seen it mentioned a lot of times, but can't seem to find anywhere where it says how much preassure the balls have to be under before something really bad happends.

I am into CBT, and have found quite a lot of teases here that revolves around the subject, but I am to afraid to do some of the things in the teases (like dropping a heavy book on my tied up balls from high up.

So if anyone know about what is too much, please enlighten me.

These are good questions. The problem is, only you can answer them.

I recommend a few rules:

1. NEVER do anything that make you feel overly uncomfortable on an emotional level.

2. CBT can hurt you. So you need to learn your own limits. Only you can know what is too much for you. For example, I will never put something inside my urethra. I did it once, and it was a VERY unpleasant, very scary experience for me. So, I won't do it again.

3. Always take it slow. Explore your limits, but you don't have to reach those limits the first time out.

4. It's not necessary to follow every tease word for word or command for command. While it is fun to pretend to be under the command of a beautiful woman, this is fantasy land. No one will know if you don't do it exactly as prescribed, and you don't have to tell someone. If you are doing the teases in a relationship with a real woman, then the two of you need to work out what is cool to do and what is not.

Some words of caution:

1. Be careful tying up your balls. You can do it, but realize that if you do it too tight, you can damage them.

2. Be careful hanging weight from your balls. I once seriously injured myself doing this. I still do it sometimes, but I don't hang super heavy weights, and I don't do it for an extended period of time.

3. Don't keep your balls tied off for more than about ten minutes or so, at a time. It is possible for gangrene to set in even if you go much longer. This is true of nipple compression, too.

4. Lightly spanking your balls over a period of time leaves them as sore as if you whack them really good. The harder you whack them, the more danger you place yourself in. Again, that's your line to find.

5. Dropping a book on your bound up balls from a height is definitely a bad idea.

If you are having a partner, you really need to be clear on what is over the line and what is not. Of course, if you are an extreme masochist, none of this means anything anyway.

Take it slowly until you are sure.

this is very useful information. However one followup question. Doesn't the part of the ball being tied up for more than 10 minutes only apply if one cuts off the blood to the balls?

aye i believe it is only true if you cut the circulation of to the testicles, anything longer than an hour i believe can cause permanent damage and even result in the loss of a nut.... however like everything on the internet don't trust the word of people who say they know what their talking about, if you at all feel like you have caused damage to your self visit a GP as soon as possible.
