but anything that helps relax body can help
Meditation/prayer
tai chi
soft music
things like this can slow down your hormone rush/ stress or anxiety
another good one is "dream programming"
If you are able do your tasks and leave a good amount of time before you go to bed
don't just finish and try and sleep, tht never works.
you need something to calm you down
even "switch off" your body.
watching a relaxing show, or a comdey helps
laughter is a good cure for stress.
but everyone deals with stress differently.
You may be to physical for this
then more focusing Anger helps
shadow boxing
Martial arts
something to Build your anger and release it
no mater what you do the goal is to release/ reduce hormones
and re-balance them
you may even want to look at your diet.
A lot of ideas I know
but there really no "one" solution
each person has what works best for Him/her.
