Is my knowledge/assumption correct that;
Pay Pal do not allow paying for
and
Ebay also prevent selling
Adult Goods and Services?
If so what is the best and safest avenues open to us Milovanians ??
I use a "Nameless" pay as you go master card for all my internet shopping.
Which I load up with monies before spending,
I find this also stops unthinking and/or spontaneous spending.

Depends on what you mean by
"goods and services"
http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R4 ... Categories
e-bay sells dildo, chastity belts...
http://www.youradulttoystore.com/
accepts paypal
now that aside I do recommend a pay as you go credit card as
Lord Les recommends
for purchases.

Actually a pay as you credit card sounds like sound financial planning to me.
Basically a bit of fun money you can put aside that won't interfere with the important things: rent, food, gas, etc..

As I already told you in another thread, at least historically speaking, you are definitely wrong. I have used paypal for "adult" stuff several times over the years. Not going to comment as far as ebay goes, but judging by the other answers it seems they allow adult goods as well.
No idea where you are getting the idea from in the first place - have you ever experienced trouble paying with paypal on an adult site?

I merely threw this into the open for comments.

I had a quick look at "Paypal Acceptable Use" section and indeed they prohibit "certain" sexual material or goods. They are completely unspecific on which items are ok and which are not. I know for a fact that it is not a blanket statement, but it would be fun to know what they had in mind when writing that clause

It sounds like a little catch clause.

The Dom has had enough of her female slave joining in the fun. She has both slaves kneel on the ground and she drips hot wax all over their bodies.
