I actually did some cbt game, i did it on cam for a group of peoples once, each of them had to throw a dice, i had 6 tasks, ballbust with wooden spoon, wax, penis insertion, baterry shock, 2 kg gym weights on balls and vice squeeze. After the dice decided the task a second dice throw decided how much i have to take, like 1-6 hits on my balls or baterry shock or 1-6 minutes of pain on the rest... It was kindof fun, they had a lot of fun when the dice sometimes decided that i have to take max amount of hits or minutes, the game took about 3 hours until they thought I had enough... It was a good game, i still blush when i remember them laughing and saying "c'on boy, on the head again" (the battery shock) or "let's see you fucking that pee hole for 5 minutes, c'on, do it faster" or "one more hit to your balls, and i wanna hear the sound of it loud"... dammit, that was an intense game

Just do a CBT version of 7 games in 7 days, where you just create simple games, like drawing a card from a deck of cards and each person has to guess the card and then the winner gets to set the cbt routine for that day that everyone else participating has to follow. That way, you don't really have to organize it; the participants do for you.

It was a good game.
