Hi I find it really hard to eat my cum when i have cam but before I do the idea really drives me mad. Does any one have a training programme I could carry out using extreme cbt as punishment for not licking up my mess

I think this is a commonly asked question on this site, which could explain why your post got so many views but no replies.

There are a lot of teases here devoted to this topic, try browing for cum-eating and you should find some teases that will give you ideas. Some to think about

1] Cum laying on your back with your feet in the air... cum directly onto your face/into your mouth...

If that doesn't work for you, maybe try

2] Forced to eat it right after you cum, or be locked for N days. Add one day for each time you fail to eat it up... pretty soon you'll be over a week, and the penalty of one week in chastity will be more revolting that eating...

3] Remain in chastity full time until you have successfully eaten N loads of your own cum. N should be >= 5, 10 is ideal. By which time you should be able to handle it and the aversion will be overcome

This third option assumes that you can masturbate to orgasm while wearing a CB. With the CBxxx series and birdlocked devices its possible to do this, as long as you've been locked long enough/are horny enough.

i can just tell you how it worked for me, i had this problem before too... until i found the right girl to make do it. to avoid this, try to ruin your orgasm (in a shot glass or in a condom) and eat it when you are aroused again (it would be easy if really ruined) or freeze your cum for the next tease ;)
