i thought of adding something similar for my vids once.
i think the graphic is not smooth enough and distracting from the video at present.
perhaps you can change the colour of the cock to indicate a change in speed instead?

I love the "cock hero" style tease/instruction videos. The only complaint...well, not a complaint really, more like a challenge that I have with some scenes is when the beat intstruction gets very complicated and changes rhythm rapidly, and I find myself watching the beat meter to try to stay on the rhythm instead of enjoying the view of the beautiful girls. In your test video, I did find myself somewhat distracted from the girl to watch what the meter was doing. Probably for 2 reasons: 1) it was new and unique, which is very cool. 2) The human brain is hardwired to track movement very well, anything that moves, especially twitchy movement in the peripheral vision, kind of where your meter is, makes the eye want to look over to see what is going on. So, perhaps a few tweaks on its range of motion or size, might make it less interesting to the eye. Don't get me wrong, I love your series, and different isn't bad. I thought your meter is very creative and fun. Thanks for putting all that together, I for one appreciate it!

If you use Adobe Premier. it would be easy to do the animation 29.97fps, without effort and without too much work.

just wana say this is juste a test, not the final version i did the meter thing in about five minutes.
but 5 minutes of work for 30 sec ratio for a hole cock hero movie that is going to take me a long time to do

Cool idea, not wild about the current execution once you get past the initial humour value. Maybe the dong could change colour and/or pulse?

I think it's a move in the right direction, in that innovation is key. The issue is, I play Guitar Hero and Cock Hero in the same way, and I can't help it; I watch for the beats and get distracted from what's going on in the background. Obviously it's easier to watch Cock Hero's background solely because of the content. What I'd like to see is how the stroke meter/cock-stroker could be integrated more into the scenes I'm fapping to. Don't get me wrong, most every Cock Hero that's come out has kept me in a goddamn fapping frenzy.

All that being said, if you were to keep this style of stroking in the video, I think the animation should be a bit smoother and not as jarring as the hand appearing at the top and the bottom only. Maybe make it slide up and down. Just my two cents.

I personally prefer no stroke meter as it takes it away from the action.

Funny, when I first tried to do a stroke meter for the Stroker Ace videos, it was going to be something like this - a vertical meter on the left or right border. But not quite as big and not shaped like a penis. :-D

I think it's a novel idea that can be used with interesting results - utopia does something similar (the "POP" feature) where stroking instructions are given (i.e. stroke the head, stroke the balls, etc.,). So if you're trying to do something like that, that's quite cool.

IF you're using it as a new stroke meter... I dunno, it's fairly distracting because it's pretty big. Going to assume that the actual "up and down" motion is just early preview animation, cuz as it is right now, 2 frames of animation is really jerky. ;-)

Just seems like A LOT of work boobe, especially if you're going to smooth the animation in the final version and the animation matching the stroke beat, which can be a pain at times.

I like this in that it's innovative, but I agree with those saying it needs to by a smoother animation, or even just pulsing. I also totally agree that the more complicated the beats, the more time you spend watching the meter. So far, I think Supermokkori has done the best job with the beats in the StrokerAce challenges. The beats are kept simple for the most part; the beats are very clear to hear; and visually the only distraction visually are brief, simple instructions 5 seconds before a beat change. Elegant in it's simplicity. Why make it more complicated than that? If I had the time to figure it out, I would put a similar beat track to the Porn Star Workouts (hint, hint, wink, wink, nudge, nudge).

Defensible. The Stroker's Ace Challenge does this really well with no meter, only the sound of the expected beat superimposed (surprisingly unobtrusively) over the music and the occasional text prompt when something changes. I don't find the visual meters as distracting as some as long as they're smoothly integrated with the music - the only time they actively distract me is when they're off, as sometimes happens in the Hardcores - but I did find myself focusing on the images maybe a little more with the Stroker's Ace approach.

Personally, I think this would be too much work to make effective without being distracting. It's a great idea to be explored, but I think the FTLCH series' typical video length would make it too difficult to implement through the whole movie.

A thought though, why not try putting it in a few rounds, perhaps matching to a jerk off instruction (Tara Tainton-style) and then see how well it's received?

Anyways, you've always done excellent work in the past, and I'm sure this will be no different. Can't wait to see the final product.

I like the idea, but would personally prefer if you just told the viewer what to do. (Stroke: shaft, head, balls etc.). If you really are serious and plans on putting this in your next vid you should smooth out the animation of the stroke. But that can hardly be a suprise :-) .
Good luck! can't wait to see how the final result is going to look like.
