I concur with the above advice. Get used to it during the day, first of all. When it comes to wearing it at night, that is a whole new step. If you sleep on your stomach, you'll find it difficult with a belt on, and nocturnal erections will be quite uncomfortable. It took me several goes before I was able to go through the night and keep a CB on the next day.

You will get used to it, but probably not straight away, so be patient.

Don't see much problem there - stick it under hot water and it's melted in seconds. Unless you freezed it in a 20 liter canister, that is.
