I would not,
NOT recommend sounding with a Q-tip.
if any piece of the cloth breaks of inside you...
well that is really bad.
if it does not have cotton on both ends, just one
I would still be super cautious, use alcohol wipe on anything you put inside your pee hole.
You should of course wait until the alcohol evaporates..
otherwise you get an intense burn.
unlike other insertions, anal, vaginal, oral...
this one helps if you are using medically sterile conditions.

Personally I would never do anything as risky as this. The tease should have some sort of safety warning.

I'm not sure a "safety warning" makes much sense on a site that's primarily fantasy based, but I agree this is dangerous, and there are people out there who may not know enough about the more subtle nuances of urethral insertion to gauge exactly how dangerous this can be. You run the risk of damaging sensitive tissue, bladder infection, kidney infection, and a whole host of other issues. I'd really strongly recommend against trying this particular instruction. While there are certainly safe ways to accomplish this, I'd say it's not something for beginners.
I think some sort of warning should be given when the "fantasy" has instructions that could have serious health consequences. Most of the responsible authors' teases include a warning about only doing what you feel safe and comfortable with.

General rule for life: if you don't know what you're doing, don't do it.
Surely this is simple sense. I see an instruction to put something into my urethra, I check out what that's likely to do to me first (hooray for Google) then decide if I'm going to do it. We don't need warnings everywhere telling us to think for ourselves.
