Teasing someone about being a premature ejaculator wouldn’t be too tough. I think that’s been done here I just can’t recall specific teases.
I guess I could think of a couple ways to tease someone about being too big, it just might not apply to too many guys. Guys are usually paranoid about being too small so mocking them about that tends to work better.

You could also combine the two. Having the big cock tease that's mocked for cumming so fast. It would probably have fewer stroking instructions, most likely.

I'd love to see this type of tease. Virgin is a good idea but doesn't even have to be. With my ex she was experienced before me and our first still hurt her more then her first time...
