How can you bann somebody while in the same time be in the WWW?

I am not aware of any methods..

Please explain me how you can BANN a person who doesn't want to be banned.Maybe create your own web?..as LONG AS YOU ARE PART of the http://WWW....you can't do that,because THE REASON for creating it was so punks like you can't do it.
Please explain me again,and don't talk about IP's since those can be manipulated.Create your password forum maybe,and shut off your site.This is the only way you can stop me from speaking my mind..take your bannings and shove them,I say.

also you lose your right to free speech when you enter a private forum. IPs can be manipulated, no shit? if you piss him off that much then he can go ahead and ban your entire subnet. (going on the assumption that you're simply resetting your IP and not using a proxy/tor since you don't seem like you would be able to figure out how)

Ok Mr "Im a billionaire doctor", you are really trying my patience here. First, you abuse my friend for doing his job, then you abuse another friends' home and culture. Now, your clogging up the forums with absolute crap, which has no relevance whatsoever to what this site is about and tries to be. This behavior is unacceptable from ANY member.

As soon as Dark or Phoxy consider yourself banned, and it wont just be your name either. Your IP address will be banned. You have violated the terms and conditions you agreed to when you signed up, THEREFORE, besides whatever dribble you may believe, we can ban you, and you better hope to god thats the only thing we do.

Any posts i find created by your IP address from this moment on will be deleted until Dark or Phoxy deal with you.

I do a lot of lurking and very little posting but...

Danny/Mandy/Billionaire/Doctor/Technical Expert (ha) is easily one of the craziest individuals I've ever encountered. Hats off to the team for removing him.

The point of banning is not that you can't circumvent it. The point of banning is that it is a clear warning not to continue sending unwarranted messages. If you do keep it up and it starts to get annoying it is considered spam which is a criminal offense in Europe. So banning is the warning, the consequence is up to you.

it's also a public nuisance which is a criminal offense
