Out of the "confessional"

After much thought
and even a bit of prayer
and talking to friends and Wife
I have decided to "come out"
No I am not homosexual
I am in ministry
actually an ordained Chaplain
Now I have thought a while to explain theologically how I can be here
First:
how can I look at porn>
(1) my wife allows me to and (2) the verse used to argue against pron is taken out of context
it is talking about an impossible situation Looking at someone with lust to show that no one is perfect.
Second:
how I can be a Dom>
Slaves, obey your earthly masters in everything you do. Try to please them all the time, not just when they are watching you. Serve them sincerely because of your reverent fear of the Lord.
Colossians 3:22
and how can I be a subby>
Jesus called the crowd with his disciples, and said to them, ‘If any want to become my followers, let them deny themselves
Mark 8:43
Yes I am a christian
No I see no conflict with being here and being a christian

As sexy's Dom I passed no comment on his decision.
Even though he asked.
It is entirely of his own volition and I commend him for it.
I have known this fact for a long time,
I take people as I find them regardless of "labels" given by others to define them.

I concur.
No big deal.
Not even a small deal.
God made women beautiful in our eyes.
IMHO it is a sin to not appreciate God created beauty.

It's refreshing to see someone who actually approaches his faith in a more common-sense manner.
Dix.

I agree with taking things out of context
but if you do research I believe it is possible to get a taste of the original intent
careful analysis is key to understanding anything.
The same can be said even of modern messages
A good compromise, a good piece of legislation, is like a good sentence; or a good piece of music. Everybody can recognize it. They say, 'Huh. It works. It makes sense.'
Barack Obama
Form Brainy Quotes
Now if the if the person in the cartoon was talking about allocating government money
to help people who may (or may not) use drugs the SAME amount of interpretation and Misunderstanding can occur.

I'm proud of you for being proud of your beliefs. You did good. *Smile*
I have not once been shy about my belief in God...and no, it's not because of that scripture that so many like to bring up about "deny him, he will deny you".
I am proud to be a child of God and will never hide that from anyone. *smile*
*hugs you* Ya done good! *Smile*

Nor do I. Not one bit.
I personally don't like religion of any kind, but that's a personal opinion and nothing more. In no way do I judge those who choose to believe in whatever, as long as they don't overly try to impose their religion onto others - which sadly far too many people do (this is a general point and definitely not something that applies to you Choc)
Or as George Carlin so perfectly put it at the end of this show:

"Thou shalt keep thy religion to thyself"

I am curious. Sexualchoc: why did this require a lot of thought and talking to wife/friends?
Why would anyone care on the internet that you are an ordained Chaplain?
